A dad cries in tears after finding out what the babysitter did to his little daughter. Nowadays, leaving their kids in the hands of professional babysitters has become quite common. And of course, before they entrust their children, they must first get to know these people.

Otherwise, parents could find themselves in this terrible situation like this Ohio family. Jason Wesley, father of three year old little Hannah Weshi, is a responsible man, working hard every day just to provide everything his daughter needs. Sadly, in some days he just couldn’t juggle all of it with his two hands. So one day, Jason thought of leaving his daughter to a babysitter. He met 35 year old Lindsay, pardon through a friend, to look after Hannah while he was out making a living.
It was looking pretty well, as she had all the necessary credentials to look after his youngest daughter. Jason had been relying on Lindsay for months to look after Hannah until one day, something of the unusual happened. Jason got what seemed to be a frantic call from Lindsay a short time after he dropped off his daughter at her house.
The babysitter also contacted 911 prior to calling Jason. According to the recording of the 13 minutes 911 call, Lindsay explained that Hannah’s father just dropped her off and all of a sudden Hannah just passed out.
When the operator asked Lindsay who passed out, she replied, the little girl, she’s three. She felt pretty bad yesterday. She was fine, and then all of a sudden this morning she walked in and she just passed out limp. Lindsay can be heard telling the child during the call, I love you, Buttercup. You’re okay?

Before saying to the operator she couldn’t believe what was happening. She thought the little girl was fine. After learning his daughter was unconscious, Jason left work as an emergency and he rushed to the woman’s residence to help his ailing baby girl. Nothing could have prepared him for what he saw. When he got there.
He found little Hannah unconscious and with a black eye. Cops and EMTs quickly responded the emergency call about the little girl. First responders found multiple bruises on Hannah’s head and face. They discovered more on her body later on, after she was taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Jason had no idea about the extent of his daughter’s injuries until Hannah’s test results came out.
Hannah’s doctor had removed a portion of the girl’s skull to relieve the swelling on her brain, but did not have high hopes of her surviving the injuries. When the cops interviewed the babysitter, Lindsey allegedly admitted to shaking Hannah and claimed the toddler had fallen and hit her head against a concrete garage floor the previous day, which caused Hannah to be in a coma.
Cops believe there could have been possible assault dealt by the babysitter. Following the alleged beating, Hannah was left brain dead and unresponsive, according to her family. After three days, Hannah’s father, Jason, unfortunately confirmed the passing of his beloved daughter.

Jason also launched a go fund me campaign to help pay for his daughter’s medical expenses. Supporters donated a total of $10,442 to the campaign, which is closed. The page featured a heartbreaking image taken at the hospital that showed the little girl hooked up to monitors and other equipment with stuffed animals in her bed.
The babysitter, Lindsay pardon, was detained and charged with child endangerment and assault. She pleaded not guilty, according to local news outlets who cited court records in a statement by the Butler County Sheriff’s Department and possible further investigations are yet to be announced.

As much as possible, it would be best for parents to look after their children themselves because no one knows what could happen if they let total strangers do it for them. However, if it’s really necessary to hire someone, parents must make sure they get background checks, testimonials from other clients and do research before trusting other people to watch over their little ones.
