Tragic news this morning as reports emerge that Lady Gaga’s dog owner suffered multiple chest wounds last night in Hollywood, California. The gunman who shot the dog then stole two of its French Bulldogs.
WAN spoke to LAPD Officer Tony Im, who confirmed the incident took place last night. Officer Im, however, was unable to confirm that the dogs belonged to Lady Gaga, noting that they did not disclose information about the victims “regardless of their status.”
Officer Im explained that on Wednesday night, one victim was shot at block 1500 on Sierra Bonita Avenue. The male suspect fired a semi-automatic pistol, hitting the 30-year-old male victim, who was later transferred to a local hospital.
According to Officer Im, the suspect fled in a white car north of Sierra Bonita Avenue towards Hollywood Boulevard. An investigation is underway.
Lady Gaga’s spokesman reportedly confirmed that Lady Gaga’s dog owner was the victim and that her French Bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, had been stolen. The performer suggests $ 500,000 reward for the safe return of dogs.
It is reported that anyone with information or dogs can email. [email protected] and also call LAPD in 213.972.2971
WAN inquired if the police thought the incident could be related to the theft of two English Bulldogs earlier this week in North Hollywood, California, to which Officer Im replied that “there is currently no way to link the two.”
WAN is praying for the safe return of the two French Bulldogs and justice for the victim of this gruesome crime.
